Jeff's Journey and Achievement

Jeff Nippard’s passion for fitness began in Canada, where his background in biochemistry helped him merge science with training.As a competitive natural bodybuilder and powerlifter, he has achieved impressive lifts, including a 502 lb squat and a 518 lb deadlift at 160 lbs bodyweight.

His evidence -based coaching has helped thousands of clients achieve dramatic transformations, from muscle growth to strength gains. Many have reached personal records and physique goals through his structured programs emphasizing progressive overload and biomechanics.

Jeff’s dedication to making science-backed fitness accessible led him to create Fit Book Journal—a platform designed to help lifters track progress, optimize training, and stay consistent.
